Posted: Monday - February 8, 2010 | Comments (0)

Fat Joe Fat Joe has been hard at work on his upcoming album The Darkside, and according to the Terror Squad CEO he has something special in store for his fans.

While talking to radio personality Jenny Boom Boom from Connecticut's Hot 93.7, Joey Crack reveals some of the artists he will be working with on the project, and promises to bring the heat.

"We coming with that album, The Darkside this summer," said Joe. "Early June, whatever the case may be. The album is crazy...for a minute I was real nice - seems like they only want Fat Joe 'The Gangster'. I got this crazy joint with me and Trey Songz and we got me and Kelz [R. Kelly] after that. It's a movie, this album is a movie man. I'm just giving the fans what they want. We got another couple more announcements to make, you gonna see the movie unfold. We're making probably the biggest movie you can make in hip-hop. It's gonna be splashing news in the next two weeks."

Scoop Deville produced Joe's first single Slow Down featuring Young Jeezy, which will be officially released soon. Joe's last album, Jealous Ones Still Envy 2, which sold less than 10,000 copies in its first week, was not well received by fans who didn't take to its commercial appeal, however The Darkside, is being billed as the Bronx rapper's return to his former days.
